Chestnut Hill College

A Roman Catholic college in the state of Pennsylvania, Chestnut Hill College was founded in 1924 as a women’s college. Since then, it has opened its doors to male students as well and now has close to 2,000 students in total.

Academically, the college mostly focuses on liberal arts degrees, providing its students with an education in social sciences, natural sciences, the humanities and the arts. Degrees offered by the college are either Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Music or Associate of Arts.

The college campus is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and has a few examples of Romanesque architecture, including Fournier Hall. Unsurprisingly for a Roman Catholic college, Chestnut Hill also has a remarkably elegant main chapel for its students to use.
