Ghent University

Ghent University offers two types of master’s programs: initial programs (intended to lay the foundation for a further specialization from your bachelor’s degree) and advanced/subsequent, which provide high standard specialization opportunities. The university also offers Erasmus Mundus joint master’s programs, offered jointly by Ghent and a partner university. You will need a bachelor’s degree to study an initial master’s program, and a master’s degree for an advanced master’s program.

For students wishing to study in English, there are currently more than 80 English-taught master’s degrees available, including many engineering and science courses. Tuition fees are €906.10 for EEA students and start at €1764.10 (~US$1,080) for non-EU students (for initial master’s degrees).
