Technical University of Kosice provides education and promotes research activity in a group of scientific disciplines ranging from ore mining through ecology to informatics and computer science towards production and processing of metal materials, finance and banking, arts as well as aeronautics. TUKE will provide its environment with scientific and technological knowledge basis, innovation and workforce, in order to form a beneficial and sustainable future and high quality of life. This will be achieved at TUKE by innovative research and excellent education in all scientific branches of respective University Faculties.

TUKE faculties allow a full-time and external form of study of accredited study programmes. Institute of Life-long Education provides Life-long education, as well as University of the 3rd age for seniors and Children’s University for the youth. The Division of Education cooperates with the following committees: Education Committee, Sports Committee, Accommodation Committee.
