Gulf College is a private higher education institution in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, licensed by the Ministry of Higher Education (MoHE) since 2004. The College provides a series of flexible admission pathways that recognise previous study and experience.

Currently, Gulf College offers a quality-assured International Foundation Programme (IFP) and six undergraduate programmes in the areas of Business Management, Marketing Management, Business Economics, Accounting, Finance, and Tourism Management which are delivered through a franchise agreement with students receiving a Staffordshire University award.

In 2011 the College was commended by the Oman Accreditation Authority (OAAA) for developing its affiliation with Staffordshire University which underpins the quality assurance and ensure consistency of academic standards of all the undergraduate programmes offered.
