Development of competences of Masters in Innovative University of Eurasia is realized in accordance with the approved Classification Code of majors of Higher and Postgraduate studies of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It is oriented at the following types of professional activities like manufacturing and administrative; research-and-development; pedagogical; organizational and technical and specified in obedience to the “Instruction on organization of the educational process in Masters Program on the basis of Credit technology”. Profession-oriented Masters Program carries out professional and educational programs of Postgraduate Studies that prepare managerial personnel for such branches as Economics, Medicine, Law, Education, Art, Service and Business spheres, who possess of deepened vocational training. Whereas, Scientific and Pedagogical Masters Program prepare Academic and teaching staff for the systems of Higher Education, Postgraduate Studies and Scientific areas, who possess of deepened scientific and pedagogical training.
