Tashkent State University of Law

Tashkent State University of Law delivers teaching at both bachelor and masters programs, and also postgraduate (PhD) program. The postgraduate students are employed by TSUL as senior research fellows.
Bachelor programs at the Tashkent State University of Law are held on the following legal areas (duration – 4 years):
1.    Public Law and Governance;
2.    Private law;
3.    Criminal law;
4.    International law;
5.    Business law.

Departament of magistracy established by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 28, 2013 N PP-1990 " On measures of further improvement of the system of educating, training and retraining of lawyers". Activity of the department is carried out in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 28, 2017 № PP-2932 "On measures to radically improve and enhance the effectiveness of the system of training at Tashkent State Law University".
According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan from April 13, 2018 of No. PP-3666 "About organizational measures for further enhancement of activities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan" from 2018/2019 academic year Tashkent The state law university introduces a magistracy with a duration of one year.
The Master's Degree is a part of the University, which organizes the process of preparing masters in the areas of law education based on state educational standards, basic education documents and advanced scientific achievements.
The department carries out its activities in cooperation with the university departments and organizations.
Currently, the university offers graduate students in 9 specialties:

 5A240120 - Financial Legal Monitoring.
 5A240125 - Law and Medicine.

5A240127 – Law and Intellectual Property Rights.
Currently, 117 students are studying at the master's level. One of these students is a foreign citizen of the Russian Federation.
