The Private University of Santa Cruz Foundation - UPSA, is established as a civil institution of private non-profit organization dedicated to higher education, which cultivates freedom of thought, opinion and expression within the highest standards of improvement and pursuit of excellence. Its fundamental purpose is to develop training programs, research and based on truth, goodness and integrity of man, society and nature as a whole extension. Because of its institutional business, with the same philosophy of free enterprise entity origin of its creator, the Chamber of Industry, Commerce, Services and Tourism of Santa Cruz - CAINCO, the UPSA is inspired by the universality of thought, entrepreneurship and continuous improvement, respect for freedom, dignity and rights of individuals and institutions. Accordingly, the UPSA is an academic community open to the world and the context in which it plays, revealing a reality of Santa Cruz and Bolivia today, related to the formation of high-level professionals within an educational process based on scientific, technological, educational and cultural cooperation.
