The School of Management

Three academic master’s degree programs are offered, namely, Management Science and Engineering, Business Administration and Probability & Mathematical Statistics. The School also offers three Professional degree programs of Master of Finance, MBA and EMBA. Study mission abroad is a regular program for our graduate students, especially the MBA and EMBA students. 

For the last two years, UK and EU countries are the most popular destinations. The majority of the master degree holders tend to get jobs in business and some in public sector or government. Our master graduates have been very popular at job fairs and some land jobs overseas. The majority of the MBA graduates have their salaries raised upon graduation. Those who are seriously interested in academic research choose to pursue PhD degrees.The school offers doctoral degree programs of Management Science and Engineering, Financial Engineering, Business Administration and Statistics.To earn doctorate degree, each PhD student must have at least one paper published/accepted by the very top journals or two papers by peer reviewed top journals. 

Regular International exchanges/visits are arranged and required for each of the PhD students to participate. It is one of the graduation requirements that each of the students attends and presents at international academic conference in their field at least once. Joint research is strongly encouraged and for the recent years about 90% of the PhD students in the School have been engaged in collaborative research with well-known international scholars.
